The short answer: you are in good hands with this business, Julian is the man! The long answer: my HVAC was out for two months (!!!) while I dealt with four different unreliable contractors through my home warranty company. Most would skip out on appointments, not call me back, or just cancel the job altogether and it was very frustrating. Finally, my warranty company put me in contact with Fifi HVAC and it was like a breath of fresh air. Julian called me right away, came by my condo to look at my unit, and had the problem fixed within 24 hours. What I liked about Julian were his communication skills, he called on the way to appointments to let me know exactly what time he would be there and he even called a day after fixing my unit to make sure it was still working. My customer experience was 1000x better with Fifi and they will be my go-to HVAC company from now on, even if I need to pay extra. Keep up the good work!
